This Privacy Policy applies to data collection by Catalis Courts and Land Records, LLC through Turbocourt.com and the TurboCourt® eFiling system, ("Catalis" "we" "our" or "us") while you ("User" "you" or "your") use this website, turbocourt.com (the "Site"). Other Catalis-related communications, capabilities, and services ("Services") that state that they are offered under a different privacy policy are not governed by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Catalis collects information from you on this Site.

Your right to privacy is very important to Catalis. We recognize that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act in a responsible manner. Catalis Courts & Land Records, LLC does not have an obligation to review or monitor communications to or from TurboCourt.com users, except: (a) as required by law or court order; (b) in connection with claims that the rights of third-parties have been violated; or (c) to protect the rights of Catalis Courts & Land Records, LLC.

Children

The Site is not intended for use by children. We do not intentionally gather Personal Data about visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child has provided us with Personal Data, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to have the information deleted from our records.
